Legal Framework: Law No. 144/2015, of September 8

This information is provided in compliance with Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, which establishes the duties of information for suppliers of goods or service providers concerning Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities.

This law mandates that suppliers of goods or service providers established in national territory who are members of one or more consumer dispute arbitration centers must inform consumers about the ADR entities to which they are bound and provide their respective websites.
